Return Policy
30 Day Return/Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ability Boutique. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your payment. Complete the form on the back of your invoice and send us the items that you would like to return/exchange.
- Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 30 days of the shipped date.
- Orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii or Canada are not exchangeable or a $10 fee will be applied.
- You may not return or exchange: sale items, cosmetics, jewelry, lingerie, I.D. cases, sunglasses, and gift certificates.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box with out damage to the box.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON VINTAGE ITEMS.
How do I make an Exchange?
You may exchange an item for another size or even a completely different item. To ensure that your item is not sold out, please email us abilityboutique@gmail.com or call us toll free (530-776-5121) to hold your item(s). For exchanges, there is additional shipping charge.
How do I make a Return?
After filling out this form you will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible). Attach the pre-printed return label to the outside of your return package. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance. That way you will be protected from loss during shipping. Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred. Please note: It may take 10-14 days to process your return and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement. By shopping with us you have agreed to the return/exchange policies stated above.

Free Shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any orders shipped outside the United States.
Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. Please note it takes 24 - 48 hours to start orders. Standard Delivery (5-10 days), 2nd Day Air, or Overnight (next business day) Delivery. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Some orders maybe shipped using USPS, depending on delivery address. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is by Standard delivery only, and the average delivery time is 7-10 business days. Please note that orders to Hawaii are shipped using USPS.
Standard Delivery
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders that are placed Monday-Thursday before 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed on the following Monday.
3 Day Shipping
All Third Day Air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Third Day Air orders confirmed after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the following business day. Third Day Air orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
Third Day Air is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
2nd Day Air
All Second Day Air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Second Day Air orders confirmed after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the following business day. Second Day Air orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).

Vintage & Used Items
Our Used items and Vintage items are handpicked with love and care! Please understand that these items are pre-worn and may show signs of wear. This may include slight aging of the fabric which includes fading and discoloration. All earrings hand made by tanyalee are each unique and may vary in size, not one feather is a like. For expected wear signs please refer to the condition ranking with each item.
Condition Rankings:
Excellent – This item is in a ‘like new’ condition. The item may have been worn, but the fabric shows little or no signs of wear. Item has no visible flaws.
Very Good – This item may show signs of slight wear. There are some imperfections with this item which would only be noticeable upon close examination and does not detract from the overall look of the piece.
Good - Item shows signs of wear or use. May have small marks, pulls, or spots and may contain a few flaws, but is generally in good condition.

Be please be very careful when making your purchase. We make every effort to provide an accurate description of each item including an approximate modern day size. However, it is very important to pay close attention to the measurements provided. Please feel free to ask us [abilityboutique@gmail.com] any questions before making your purchase. Approximate sizes are only meant as a guideline. Please note, some of the clothes we sell are bigger than the models that we use. We may clip the clothes so that they fit the models better. Please see the measurements in each product listing to insure a proper fit.

All Vintage items are thoroughly and carefully inspected by our Vintage team.
